According to the titles, using CTR 2.1 RC5 consistently fails to complete the diagnostic routine. It reboots right after beginning the load test with 4.375GHz at 1.187v. It seems there might be an issue—possibly a faulty chip, or the load process itself is malfunctioning. Since CTR 2.0 works normally, it’s likely the current setup isn’t functioning correctly.
