Following the successful overclock, the Cstates have started to behave unexpectedly. They remain active in the BIOS yet do not influence the system after booting into Windows. I aimed to apply the OC during high load and lower the clock speed during idle or low usage.

Just navigate to power settings and select either balanced or power-saving mode.
