Secure boot is turned off while CSM is active. Disabling CSM and turning on Secure Boot will affect your system's integrity checks. All your drives being in MBR remains unchanged.

Disabling CSM will prevent your Windows setup from starting. You must change the partitions to GPT format for Windows to boot again. Installing on an SSD improves speed but is unrelated to CSM or MBR.

Yes, it should work. Installing Windows on a GPT SSD allows you to expand storage, and connecting additional drives will extend your drive pool.
