Adjusting the resolution, turning off the auto-speed, and testing the sensitivity I like best made a big difference for me.

Adjusted your crosshair settings and fine-tuned the DPI and sensitivity. Setting DPI to 700 and sensitivity at 6 provided a smooth, precise experience while maintaining speed when needed.

700DPI and 6 sensitivity are quite extreme. I use 800DPI with 2 sensitivities, and some pros work down to 400DPI with 2 sensitivities. Could you tell me your level?

I don't have a specific rank and spent 200 hours playing CSGO on an Intel HD graphics laptop. Sorry for the mistake—I knew it wouldn’t run smoothly, so I pirated it. At 720p medium, I managed around 30 frames per second. Used to be strong, but switched from a cheap Logitech mouse to a Corsair Sabre optical. Now I buy it on Steam. Even with my experience, I found it hard against easy bots. My current rank is likely 'nub,' though I’m improving.

I also enjoy the safehouse arms race map—it's quite engaging.

You could set a consistent DPI each time you open the game, rather than changing it frequently. This would simplify the process and maintain stability.

SteelSeries Engine lets you set different DPI values for programs running alongside games, effectively changing the profile based on what you’re playing. I’m surprised razer didn’t offer something similar. You might just adapt to it outside the game, whatever feels best for you. There’s no single correct setting—just what works comfortably. High DPI is common among new players, but it can hurt accuracy in fast-paced games like CSGO, especially when enemies are behind you.

I don't know if you have a deathadder. If you don't you can still set up different profiles that can be changed from the Windows task bar. If you do have a deathadder though you can set up the buttons on the side to change to a different sensitivity.
