Greetings. I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 5570 laptop, featuring an AMD graphics card, 8GB of memory, and an i5-8520U processor. After installing Windows 10 and attempting to update the AMD drivers, I experienced a series of blue screen errors. Consequently, I reinstalled Windows 10 without installing any graphics drivers. While the blue screens disappeared, launching Counter-Strike: Global Offensive consistently causes it to exit back to the desktop after approximately 10 seconds, a frustrating issue during competitive gameplay. I’ve experimented with various solutions—including `cl_htmlmethod`, disabling multicore rendering (which subsequently improved frame rates), and disabling Game DVR—but the problem persists, resulting in occasional freezes requiring a system restart. I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with this issue and would appreciate any advice on how to resolve it; thank you for your assistance.
This appears to be related to a problem with the guarantee, rather than an error in the software.
