Hi,
I began playing CS:GO again after about a year and a half and have encountered some issues with smooth performance on my i7-8700 with B360 MSI GAMING PLUS MB and 1070Ti. During gameplay, I experience occasional small lag spikes (sometimes lasting longer) or FPS drops that aren’t actual drops—still running above 280 FPS. These spikes occur randomly but more frequently every 2 to 5 minutes, especially when grenades are thrown. It might be related to audio drivers or external noise? Someone else had this problem and resolved it? I’m using Realtek® drivers plus Nahimic 3 for audio (built-in sound card).

Are there any other applications running in the background? I experienced a similar problem with Netflix being active while using another service.

I'd like to check if my understanding of the driver conflict is accurate.

I believe the issue is connected to audio since I'm experiencing a 1000us DPC latency... Not sure what to do about it.
