At lower levels focus on individual skill rather than strategy or collaboration. Simply join any deathmatch server and try to hit targets with an AK-47. Or explore community servers and play on maps labeled aim_(replace with actual name).
From the rank I understand, the 'low ranks' would be at the bottom of the hierarchy.
Most silvers are low-level, even gold nova 1 and 2. I think after that you'll meet stronger players. There are always smurfs in any rank, so it can be tricky to tell if someone is a smurf or a cheater. Good communication and strategy are essential for success. Join groups with people who have mics and know the usual hot spots—like "heaven," "secret," "catwalk," etc.—as examples from Nuke.
I feel worse when waiting alongside players with higher ranks. It hurts me losing games because I have to face stronger opponents. I tried to climb from Silver 2 to Gold Nova 1 solo. Just use aim maps or guides on the maps to boost your skills. Ranking doesn't matter if you're not prepared for that level.
Everything under dmg feels like a relaxed public server. Even dmg isn't great, honestly.
Just keep practicing; if you're not improving, it's your responsibility. As a solo queuer like me, you need to be confident and accurate, shooting well on your own. I began at silver 2 and am now LE. If not, you'll have to wait for others to step up.
Silver - Learning the basics Nova - Grasps fundamental teamwork and simple shooting skills for MG and MG2.
MGE - Designed for players with solid teamwork or basic shooting, or vice versa; expect mixed performance in some matches.
DMG - Strong grasp of both teamwork and shooting abilities.
LE and LEM - Expertise in shooting plus effective teamwork.
SMFC - Proficiency in shooting combined with strong teamwork.
GE - "Cheaters rank" – reaching this from SMFC is impressive, otherwise it doesn’t matter much.
TLDR - Ranks below MG are generally low, while MG, MG2, and MGE aren’t necessarily weak but aren’t exceptional either. Average skill levels tend around MGE.
