It's consistent across platforms. I tested Overpass on my RMBP with Iris Pro for about ten minutes, maxing out the settings. Most of the time I ran around 60fps, though there were some dips—definitely noticeable, but I'm used to 144Hz. Also, since I used a trackpad instead of a mouse, be cautious with my findings. At lower settings in 1080p, I was consistently stuck at 60fps (sometimes jumping between 120 and 60), which is why I limited the speed.
