Typically I achieve about 300-350 fps in CS:GO on average. Following a recent Windows update, performance dropped to around 30 FPS solid. I've attempted reinstalling the GPU drivers so far, but that's the only thing tried. My system specs are: 6600k (original), two GTX 770 2GB, 4x4 DDR4, M.2 850 EVO (250GB), 2TB mechanical drive, and Fatality H170 performance.

Sorry, I didn't include it. I'm good with other games, can play F4 and Rocket.

Click it on your desktop, open properties, and ensure compatibility mode is disabled. I faced the same problem with Minecraft before.

It mainly assisted, though it hasn't returned to normal yet.
