I lowered my rank from GNM to GN3 in CSGO. The following match I dropped out of and the next day I won two straight games without a loss, though I've tied twice before. From what I recall, I consistently performed well in nearly every match. Any guess on how long it'll take to climb back up? Thanks.

Achieve victory in six matches, maintain a flawless record, avoid dropping the ranking to climb higher.

I just finished a 9-game winning streak (3 ties, 6 victories). One match had five Supreme players. I didn’t climb into the LEM rankings yet. There’s a really tricky system they use.

There are many elements affecting your standing—your position, your squad’s performance, and the teams you face. I once experienced a seven-game losing streak while playing for League of Legends, but with a top team, I was consistently near the top in most matches, with scores fluctuating between 14-16 and 10-16. Elo ratings can be tricky, and CS:GO doesn’t reveal the full picture behind the scenes. Just give your best, even if you win; your rank will improve regardless. For me, my team’s strong performance helped me climb the ranks despite tough losses.

Based on my observations MVPs have a significant impact.
