After updating my NVIDIA drivers, CSGO started behaving oddly. I can launch the game normally but joining a match causes the screen to go black and the monitor displays "No HDMI signal detected." All in-game sounds still work, and I can still control the character and shoot. Other games like GTA V, Mad Max, Hearthstone, and Far Cry 4 are fine. It’s really strange. Then I have to turn off my PC, but after rebooting it keeps showing a black BIOS screen with "9C" in the corner. My system specs are an i7-4970K, MSI GTX 970, Corsair CX750W, PSU 8GB, HyperX Fury RAM, Samsung 840, 250GB SSD, Western Digital Blue 1TB.

Consider adjusting the launch options with the specified values. Replace "1600" and "900" with your chosen resolution to fine-tune the settings. Your feedback on this is welcome, and I’ll confirm if you’re correct.

You could be correct, I'm uncertain.
