If you enjoy shooters, consider Rainbow Six Siege or check out The Division's open beta this weekend (19th–21st).
The game highlights collaboration, making it fun to play with friends together.
The simplest way to get better is by reviewing your game replays, analyzing every time you lose and identifying what you could have done differently—like adjusting your position in gunfights, using smoke or flashing techniques, etc. Good crosshair placement and understanding the game will help a lot, so you don’t need to be an expert shooter if you know enemy patterns and how to effectively use smoke. Also, it might be smart to ignore those who mock you or simply let them know you’re working on improving.
Consider trying Blacklight Retribution. It's totally free and really impressive. There are a few glitches but overall it's an amazing experience. The story unfolds in a futuristic setting where players are these robotic characters engaging in intense battles. You can adjust the difficulty level and there are numerous options to customize your playstyle. There are various modes such as capture the flag, team deathmatch, and attack-and-defense scenarios. Ultimately, it's an outstanding game that rivals CSGO—definitely worth a try, Chinko!
But why should you focus on your rank? I used to care, then I decided to stop worrying, and after having a great time in the game, I moved up from LEM to MGE. No matter what, I'm losing around 30 kills per match, but it's still really enjoyable!
If I go relaxed like you did, I think I’ll check out Silver 4, haha!
casual? there is plenty of competitive in tf2. FYI i am currently supreme in csgo.
Consider trying fighting games. Street Fighter 5 is just released, and the community tends to be more friendly compared to many other MOBA and FPS titles. You might find others nearby who are local, allowing you to meet up in person and play offline—this can offer a more satisfying experience than playing alone online.
