Consider options such as Facit or ESEA. I'm MGE and I've had no issues, though it could be because I interact with just two or more friends.

I offer guidance that really helps me. Just before playing, don’t expect much and stay calm—silence is your best move if someone gets aggressive. This approach has kept me winning about 90% of the time. I improved my rank three times in under 15 games without any issues.
