CS:GO FPS issue, other titles function properly?

Gigabyte Z390 UD is running smoothly until recently, but now it keeps experiencing FPS issues. The other games function normally. I've reinstalled the graphics drivers and CS:GO, but the problem persists.

Update the latest system information, remove the GPU driver using ddu, reinstall the newest driver, apply the Intel chipset driver, and in the NVIDIA control panel, configure the game to utilize GTX 1650.
