I have a GTX 970 SCC and my CPU is an i5 23-20. I’m experiencing bottlenecks with my GPU, especially after playing CSGO today where frames were terrible. Usually I don’t face issues with the game. I’ve adjusted all settings to their minimum but still can’t maintain above 144 FPS.

It worked perfectly before. My monitor runs at 144Hz and I don’t have VSync enabled.

It's just CSGO, nothing out of the ordinary.

It seems CS:GO might not have a frame lock feature. However, if you can't reach exactly 144 frames per second, it could be due to limitations imposed by your monitor.

The highest performance limit I can reach is 999, but I’m seeing frame drops. It doesn’t seem like the frame rate is actually limited. Also, the system isn’t overheating.
