I’m just going to delete that part; a few of those responses are making me change my mind now.
Yeah... that won't happen. Their bad behavior doesn't mean you should retaliate or have low ping. The cooldown exists to prevent trolls from harassing people, causing grief, or other harmful actions. I've had a few weeks of this cooldown before, and it's manageable. Just like being banned from buying a key and not being able to trade it for a week.
We're part of the Supremes and we joined a team with two new members who just purchased the game for their very first competitive match.
Refusal to participate, exclusion from events, and trade restrictions are in effect.
They were falling behind due to those two individuals. Their strength in the kick was clearly why they kept losing.
