I’ve got two computers with identical specs, but the performance in CS2 is inconsistent. The game runs smoothly most of the time, yet FPS drops sharply to around 100, making everything feel sluggish. Occasionally it stays at 500 or higher, but then it plummets again. My CPU isn’t even hitting 50%, and temperatures are normal on both machines. Task Manager shows no resource hogging. I’ve adjusted settings, tried different drivers, cleared shaders and cache, disabled hardware acceleration, and used NVIDIA Reflex without boost. Still, the issue persists. I’ve read many guides, but nothing resolves it. My gaming experience has dropped from 4k Elo to 19k Premier because the game feels extremely unstable and visually poor during lag spikes. The specs are clear: PC1 (9800x3d, 32GB RAM, 4080Hz), PC2 (5800x3d, 3070Ti, 32GB, 240Hz).
