I understand. Check out what others said about Cool n Quiet. I faced a problem when using my R9 270x with an A8 5600k, experiencing stuttering during tests on BF4. After searching online, I found the mentioned solution. Turning it off resolved the issue. Edit: Just note... you handled it already... Any other suggestions?
