Hello, I have an FX - 8350 with a Cryorig H7 heatsink. I'm trying to overclock the CPU but don't know the right settings. My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P and the airflow is moderate. Could you suggest a good method for this?

Obtain Core Temp/Speccy along with HWMonitor. Keep CPU and Core temps under 60, and continue until possible. I reached 4.6 since the improvement from 4.6 to 4.8 wasn't sufficient.

Use AMDoverdriver to check its performance without crashing. It will sound a bit different but should handle 4.8-5 eazy with that cooler. It functions similarly to a small AIO water cooler, so you won't have to worry about temperatures getting too high. When it hits around 4.7 or higher, increase the voltage and monitor temperatures—you should be able to push it a bit further, like 4.8-5 ghz.
