I might be misunderstanding, but the 800 you mentioned refers to the Defenders in the image. That explains why you initially captured the main stronghold and now are focusing on the next one. You can notice this in the bottom left corner of the picture—it hasn't been marked with your white and black coat of arms yet because it hasn't been taken.

Yeah, those soldiers Don't forget that I am new to this game, so it may takes some times to understand what you are talking about ^^ But is that normal that the main holding got 2 times less defenders than the main holding ? If I beat this one, will their be a third holding with 2000 dudes ? ^^ And is there a way to know how many holdings a province got ?

The province only has two types of holdings: small images of towns, churches, or castles. A church stands for a bishopric, while a castle represents a barony. Generally, the largest holding in a province—also known as a county—is a castle, though this isn't always the case. Typically, a barony has more soldiers than a bishopric, which in turn has more than a town. I’m not completely sure about those Irish portrait holdings, but it seems the main structure is a town, and then the bishopric usually has more troops. When you faced the enemy’s main force, the soldiers who fell on the battlefield would have been gone from defending that holding, making the siege easier.

I located it, thanks internet. I saw this on Steam. Since your warscore is 100%, it’s already pre-selected, which is why it looks gray. Just hit send. Or, if you’re not sure about your PC, click “White Peace” and then choose “Enforce Demands.” It was that easy. Sorry everyone.

For additional inquiries, the official forum is a great resource. It’s especially helpful for complex questions or strategy advice. There’s also a wiki with a beginner’s guide and likely a subreddit.
