I was playing CSGO and just joined a match. The crouch toggle was on by default. After entering some console commands related to that issue, I thought I had fixed it. Then I started playing again and tested the crouching feature. It worked initially, but each time I crouched, it slowed down progressively. When I stopped and tried it once more, the same problem occurred.
This is what CS:GO dose on purpose and it is a non-fixable problem with Source Engine 1 so don't worry!

Spamming the crouch will cause a noticeable slowdown once you reach the third or so repetitions.
