I analyzed the performance monitor report and found some surprising outcomes. Numerous hardware issues were detected. It’s unclear why the images were added, but someone might be able to clarify.
since 1995... windows relied on a patchwork approach. based on the code and file conditions, try sfc /scannow, update chipset drivers, refresh device drivers, and update windows. perfmon has been quite inconsistent since then as well. i wouldn't invest too much effort. only seven failed counts were recorded—possibly the same driver repeated seven times. check your log files to see which drivers are causing issues.
