Critical issue detected with Kernel processor power 37 and Kernel-power 41. Please seek assistance.
Hello everyone, I’m a new PC owner who’s facing some issues. Occasionally I see a grey screen and have to restart the machine from the case to fix it. Some forum members suggested checking the Event Manager. I did that and noticed several critical errors in the kernel and processor power issues. When the PC boots, a red light appears consistently, then changes to yellow and finally white, after which it starts working. The main concern is that the system crashes sometimes. What steps can I take to resolve this?
PC specifications: Intel i7 12700K, MSI Mech AMD RX6600 XT, GPU Corsair RGB Vengeance Pro, DDR4 3200MHz, 16GB RAM, MSI Z690-A Pro DDR4, Corsair H150i Elite Capelix 360mm AIO, Corsair RM850 Gold, 80+ power supply, Samsung Odyssey G7 27-inch monitor, Windows 10 Pro (cloned), not original or activated. Power plan is set to high performance with the CPU at 100%. I’m located in a country where costs are low, so I didn’t pay for the hardware. The issue only occurs during gaming sessions. Please assist.
