I just completed assembling a new PC. It works for uploading files, but I keep seeing a "Fatal Error" during POST and can't proceed further. Resetting the system only brings me back to that error page. Need some assistance. Specs: Ryzen 7600X, 6650 XT ROG Strix B650 A, Wi-Fi, G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB, 32GB RAM (2x16GB), DDR5 6000MHz AIO pump connected to the motherboard and CPU fans linked to the fan header.

I don’t expect any issues with the CPU fan warning. Just enter the BIOS and lower the low CPU RPM setting. First, we need to access your BIOS. Chassis intrusion should be enabled by default. You may have to move past the two intrusion pins on the chassis. I checked your motherboard and located them. Try touching those two together with a screwdriver and power on the PC. Observe the results.

If your motherboard includes pin jumpers, you can place one on those two pins. If it doesn’t, use the screwdriver now and you can turn off chassis intrusion in the BIOS later.

Thank you for your feedback. I'll attempt to access the BIOS as you suggested and will let you know the outcome.
