Hello! I am trying to install windows for the first time on a new build and get the following error: "The operating system could not be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors. file:\windows\system32\drivers\evbda.syserror code:0xc0000221 "see attached image i attempted to update the bios when i first booted the computer using the below method which gigabyte had included with the bios download. it did not update or reboot, it just returned "bios image !". I left it a few hours and nothing changed, so i decided to ignore the bios update and attempt to install windows and then got the above error. i presume the things are related but i'm not sure what step to take next. and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! BIOS Flash SOP 1. Download the BIOS file from the GIGABYTE website and unzip it to the root directory of the bootable USB flash drive 2. Use the USB flash drive to boot the system in EFI shell mode. 3. In EFI shell mode, your screen will look like the following figure. First, please confirm which disk code is the USB flash drive you want to use. Here we take FS0 as an example. 4. Please key in "FS0:" and press [Enter] The instructions are shown in red: Shell> FS0: 5. Please key in "Flash.nsh" to execute the Batch file and press [Enter] The instructions are shown in red:FS0:\> flash.nsh 6. After that, the BIOS status will be confirmed, and the system will reboot while the process is completed 7. Do not remove the USB flash drive. After the system restarts, the BIOS update process will begin (the screen is as follows). Please wait patiently. After the update is completed, the system will restart to complete the entire process Motherboard: B650 GAMING X AX (1.0/1.1/1.2) BIOS Ver: f6 GPU brand: ASUS Model: RTX3060TI-O8GD6X-WHITE CPU: AMD RyzenTM 5 7600X Operating System: Windows 11 RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) Power Supply: Game Max RGB/850W

I've updated the BIOS by removing the RAM and using Qflash+ to reach the latest version. I've tried different Windows boot attempts, but the process stops mid-installation with a RAM stick in place. Memtest86 reported 10,000 errors, suggesting the problem might be with the RAM or motherboard compatibility.

Because the RAM is faulty, you must exchange it. Install a new one and check functionality. If the issue persists, consider the motherboard as the source and return it.
