Hello everyone, I experienced a freeze and crash on my system. The event viewer reported a “Fatal Hardware Error.” Despite everything being professionally tested and brand new, I’m confused about what’s happening. Can someone help me understand?

Review the manual for additional information. Confirm which components were tested. Check specifications, timing details, and usage instructions. Determine if the fatal error occurs under specific conditions. Assess whether the system is new or has been operational for an extended period. Identify the developer or team responsible for its creation.

It’s an i9 10900k, an RTX 3080 with 12GB of DDR4 RAM at 3000MHz, a 850 Gold rated MSI power supply, and a 1TB Crucial SSD. The issue appears sporadically—just a few times over the past year. I’m talking about a local repair shop that’s been doing this work well, so I’m wondering if it might be software-related rather than hardware. Since I’ve rebuilt the system multiple times for hardware problems, I’d hate to have to go through that again.
