It seems there were some issues with testing the NVMe boot drive. The drives weren't installed yet, and now they're on hold while I work on fitting the ITX board into that small 4-bay NAS. It's been challenging due to time constraints and excuses. The power draw is around 15W per drive, but I'm currently at 67W. Thanks for noticing the mistake!
It was just a CPU with RAM, NVMe storage, and a fan. I had an old Dell OEM build with an ATX board and a 24-pin motherboard. It was surprising how functional it was! Later, I tested a cheaper Chinese board using the 3770 chipset and a stock cooler. A reminder popped up that I forgot to install the drives during testing—so the power draw matters. Considering the 3770, the total cost for the board, CPU, and RAM likely came in around $50. The board and CPU from AliExpress were about $45, and the RAM was two 4GB sticks from a $5 Dell office computer. Edited August 21, 2023 by Thepyrodex
