Not sure. Though since you: Created the review People read it Chose to gave you the awards There's a good chance you get to keep the points. You could also contact Steam Support, and ask them the question. Or contact them if for some reason your points disappear. For second option, I'd personally screenshot the review with the awards, so that I have proof in case they lose "record" of the awards and review's existence.
