I'm thinking about setting up a budget-friendly secondary gaming PC next to my AMD Ryzen 9 7900X. I want to stick with the parts I already have and look for affordable, used components. I plan to use Steam, PC Game Pass, and try to keep costs low for PS5 titles. I’m open to spending up to $200 in the next three months. For power supply and graphics, I’m considering what would give a PS4-like visual experience without breaking the bank.

AMD's RX 580 and Nvidia's GTX 1060 match the graphical power of previous consoles (Xbox One, Playstation 4). If you locate a card like the RTX 2080 or Vega 56, it would be perfect. You might consider the RX 5600XT for about 200 dollars, which offers more performance than both the 580 and 1060, though a 2080 would still beat the 5600XT. For your power supply, waiting a few weeks and investing all 200 dollars in a video card would be more advantageous. The Corsair RM750e would suffice for a RTX 2080, leaving room for future upgrades. You mentioned having a RTX 3070—check out this site to find replacement parts or look for a broken card on Ebay to salvage the cooler. You could save money and get a newer, faster card. Hope this helps, stay safe.
