The result of 538 points seems unusual for a standard test; please verify the scoring criteria.

I haven't encountered many R24 scores for a 5600x. The ones I've seen range from 640 to 700, though they might be overclocking or involve PBO undervolting. Even a score of 538 seems sufficient for 1080P on a 6700. If you manage a 30-minute Cinebench test without exceeding 80 degrees, your CPU, cooler, and paste should be adequate. Consider running a GPU test such as Furmark. I achieve 12000 points (200FPS) with a 6700XT and 5800X in the 1080P benchmark—similar results are expected. You might also want to test a different PCIe slot for your graphics card. The X4 slot tends to be slower than the X16, but if it performs better in the X4 slot, it could indicate an MB issue.

I'm currently running the FurMark test. Thanks for all your assistance! I'll definitely attempt the alternative slot in my graphics card next time.
Performance benchmarks for games matching my specifications are nearly double what I see. It's really disappointing.
