Earth, water, and air could feature cities floating above the ground, while oceans remain alongside land. Each territory would exist without any inherent wrongdoing—should a villain appear later, they can be introduced as needed.
We've settled on three core elements: Logos, Ethos, Pathos. Logic, Ethics, Emotion—Logos, Ethics, and Pathos. Colours guide each path: Black and Red for Logic, Ethos with Green and Purple for Ethics, White and Blue for Pathos. The groups function around their own "capital" cities, defending against destruction while nurturing merchants, preists, hotels, shops, and temples. Their prized drops are safeguarded as valuable assets, exchanged for emeralds during peaceful periods. We'll use plugins to simulate each mob's faction traits and grant wolves drops. Each city reflects the faction's design and leadership vision. I'm taking the Ethos role.

Are you planning to change the rarity of certain mob spawns? It seems spiders are more common than slimes, but I still think it’s a great concept and I’d be ready to join when everything is set up.
This concept was initially meant for a distant server, but the interest seems high enough to start today. If anyone is interested, we could gather some MCedit blueprints for the three capitals. Ethos represents ethics, conduct, and honor—no faction grasped it more than the samurai. Thus, Ending (Ethos' capital) should reflect ancient Japan. Pathos conveys emotions like love or anger, so Parting (Pathos' capital) should follow Roman architecture. Logos stands for logic; if it functions, proceed; otherwise, skip. The Landing city (Logos' capital) should echo medieval or steampunk aesthetics. I can create these myself, though it will require time.
