I chose to examine Disk Manager but noticed a 25,39GB partition without labels or letters on my HDD (not an SSD). I'm unsure whether to remove it or keep it. The main partition is 440,37GB.

Because it isn’t being used, I’d remove that partition and then combine the 25.39 gig of unused space with the rest of the drive D. You might need to format it first, though I’m not sure. It’s been a long time since I relied on Windows drive manager; now I use AOMEI Partition Assistant.
