You're starting with a solid setup! Your Ryzen 5 2600 offers decent performance for everyday tasks. For your monitor, a 25-inch ultra display at around 3000mhz should provide smooth visuals. Consider adjusting GPU settings and frame rates based on your usage—lower framerates for gaming, higher for content creation. Let me know if you need more details!

You didn't set up XMP in the BIOS. The Nvidia Drivers for Framerates rely heavily on this setting.

I believe you used XMP settings, and for a new AAA game, the typical FPS range should match your GPU's capabilities—usually around 60 FPS is expected under normal conditions.

What is the model of your display? It should be a 1080p 60 Hz unit, so anything above 60 FPS won't be an issue since your screen caps at that rate. Unless you happen to own the 75 Hz 25" LG model. In any case, these details will easily meet the baseline of 60 FPS in most games and even higher performance.

Games come with predefined settings. It will start on some systems depending on your specs (probably high to ultra). Try a few and notice the experience. You can add an FPS tracker like Fraps for simple stats. Experiment with presets until you discover what works best. For multiplayer sessions, cut out any extra lighting and shadows—they can distract you from the gameplay.
