I need to understand how to transfer Windows 10 across three or four different drives, using a 16 GB USB drive if needed. Each drive should run its own system separately. I’m considering setting up Windows 10 on a 16 GB USB drive and distributing it across three HDDs and one SSD, ensuring each has its own installation.

You might be able, but you'll require several keys for compliance.
