You have an older MacBook from 2009 with Windows installed on the SSD you upgraded. You need to dual boot into macOS and Windows, but the Windows installation isn’t on the original drive anymore. You’re wondering if you can create a bootable USB for macOS using Windows without having another MacOS machine. It’s not required to use a new OS version, though it might be tricky if you rely on open source tools. Thanks for your question!

Hello! Your search points to TransMac, a software available for Windows. You only need to locate the MacOS ROM for your MacBook and you're all set! The article you found includes helpful steps. If you share more details about your MacBook model, I can assist in finding the correct ISO.

The Mac is a late 2009 version featuring a dual-core processor and 9400mhz. I used El Capitan with it. https://support.apple.com/kb/sp579?locale=en_US

Hello! I located a DMG for El Capitan with a link to a transmac guide on flashing. It’s unclear what steps to take next, but you might want to boot from the drive or use a Mac recovery.
