Here are some suggestions for your build, comparing the options between AMD and Intel.

For gaming performance, the AMD build offers a more affordable total cost while still delivering solid specifications. The CPU and motherboard selections provide strong performance suitable for most games. The cooler and case also fit well within the budget.

The Intel build is pricier overall but includes a higher-end processor and better cooling solutions. It might be worth considering if you prioritize maximum performance over cost.

Ultimately, the best choice depends on your specific gaming needs and budget.

The AMD setup is expected to offer superior gaming performance.
A 1TB SSD is somewhat limited nowadays. The MP44L from Teamgroup serves as a reasonable choice compared to the P3 Plus.
Uncertain about the NZXT C750 power supply. The RM750e from Corsair or the RM750x Shift would be more suitable for the 4070 Super, especially since there are no adapters needed for the 12VHPWR connector on the GPU.
Corsair Vengeance isn't my top memory option for an AMD system. G.Skill Flare X is recommended for optimal compatibility.

One 1tb mb drive seems insufficient. Consider adding another 4tb SSD for extra space.

Thank you for your time and the helpful advice. Your suggestions were very useful, particularly the power supply I overlooked. I hadn’t considered it before. I was considering adding €20 more and opting for liquid CPU cooling mainly for appearance. I’m also looking at RAM and the M2 version.

Between yesterday and today, I’ve decided to go with the MSI MPG VELOX 100R Mid Tower Gaming I found on sale for €94 (original price €140), which seemed like a great deal according to keepa. I updated my components based on your recommendations and will definitely plan to install an expansion SSD as well.
