Hello everyone, this is my initial post here, so I’m hoping I did it right.
My System Details
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3D
GPU: 5070 ti
RAM: Desktop Corsair 32GB Kit 6000MHz
PSU: Corsair RME 1000 W Cybenetics Gold
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 GAMING X AX V2
2 Samsung SS 980 1TB
WD Blue SA510 2.5
Windows 11
I updated Windows 11 via USB media and refreshed all drivers on GeForce and Windows. Everything appears normal, but as soon as I launch any game for about two minutes, my PC crashes with error 0xc000021.
The troubleshooting steps I tried:
- Executed chkdsk /f /r and sfc /scannow
- Reset PC and performed a clean reinstall
- Ran Windows diagnostic tool for RAM – no issues found
- Checked for minidump files – none detected
- Used Samsung Magician to test the drives – both are functioning properly
I’m unsure what else I should do, and I’d really appreciate any advice from someone more experienced.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?
I installed Windows 11 via USB media
Where did you source the installer for your OS? Did you install the OS in offline mode, manually installing all drivers while in offline mode?

, do you mean a BSoD? If yes, pass on the .dmp file for us to go through. You will need to host the file on a site akin to DropBox. If you're using Google Drive, make sure it's set to public.

It's a BSoD, but I'm unsure if there are any .dmp files present. If you can locate them, please let me know so I can verify again. Otherwise, it seems unlikely they're there.

From Steam, games like Arc Raiders, CS etc
I was able to get a USB and i added windows 11 media, then just did the download on my new pc afterwards I manually installed all the drivers.
I hope this is correct: 21/02/2025 Version 3.7
EDIT: What disturbs me is that there is no issues with anything else so far. I even run stress tests no problem, but as soon as I open a game for 2 minutes, this crush happens
EDIT: Now sometimes the error message is "CODE_ CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (0xef)"
