Hello, about a week ago my laptop started crashing unpredictably. The crashes happen randomly—sometimes a few times in a day, other times for days without any signs. I checked the crash dumps using Windows Debugger and noticed they consistently point to the same error: AV_nvlddmkm!unknown_function. Here are my computer details:
Laptop model: OMEN by HP Laptop 16-c0001np
GPU: RTX 3050 Ti
OS: Windows 11 64-bit
Recent crash dumps: January 15, 22, 24, 26, 24 again.

I attempted to fix this by removing the drivers using Safe Boot and DDU, then reinstalling them from the HP website, but the issue returned after a while. Here is the latest crash dump. The problems appear to be unchanged.

Yes, the incident occurred within nvlddmkm.sys.
Code details indicate the crash originated from a specific memory address and involved several registers and pointers.
It appears the issue could be linked to the graphics card driver configuration.
Since HP drivers trigger a BSOD, it's recommended to refresh the AMD Radeon driver using the AMD Driver and Support Tool.
After that, consider installing the latest Nvidia driver versions from the official site.
Utilize DDU to remove the existing driver, then install the newest one.
If the problem persists after these steps, disabling the Nvidia card temporarily and testing with only the AMD Radeon iGPU may help identify the root cause.
