I've experienced crashes daily due to CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. It's hard to pinpoint the cause if no one understands the Blue Screen viewer. I've tried updating BIOS, GPU drivers, chipset updates, and even removed the ASUS Armory crate. Some users mention similar problems possibly linked to hardware issues. The crash details from the dump file show it occurred on 2/23/2023 at 10:21 AM with a specific bug code and parameters. If you need more context, feel free to share.

Based on my observations, most crashes seem linked to inconsistent RAM or sometimes the CPU. I’d begin testing stress levels for both components to identify the culprit.

Thank you for the update. I was wondering if RAM might be the issue. I ran a Mem test earlier, but I’m planning to try memtest86 now since the TForce sticks seem lower quality.

The ram is functioning properly. I'm testing AIDA 64 under stress. The CPU hasn't failed yet, but the main CCD briefly hit 91 degrees. Maybe a repaste would help? Running a 360mm Arctic freezer at 85°C feels a bit too hot.

Which processor are you using? Some chips generate intense heat at 90°C, while others handle stress tests without overheating.

Apologies for the oversight, it was noted as a 5800x.

5800Xs are known for their exceptional thermal density and difficulty in cooling. A 90°C reading aligns with what you'd anticipate for such a component during a stress test.

I felt the same way too. As expected, the repaste didn’t make any difference. Maybe I should run a stress test for about 30 minutes to check. I already have a fairly aggressive fan curve, so I’ll tweak it more. Also, I might add two more fans to my case tonight.
