That term isn’t likely to appear in search results, so I’m unsure if it’s a unique app or just a general description. There could be a dedicated forum for that app where more details are available. Generally, for work-related matters, focusing on core functionality is more important than thread speed. This isn’t always the case, though. The 3900 offers slightly slower threads but many more concurrent connections, so it might perform similarly in either scenario. I’m not sure.

I think the Blender viewport (Eevee or Cycles) tends to prioritize clock performance rather than cores, probably because it resembles game engine behavior. The variation is likely minor, but I’m confident the 10900K outperforms the 3900X. I’d still choose the 3900X, though if render speed isn’t important, the 10700K or 10600K could also be viable alternatives alongside the 10900K.
