the cpu on my fanless pc is i7-4560U, yet testing with CPU-z displays i5-4200U. I'm certain the real one is i7-4560U, but why does it show differently? Is the system not reliable? I checked online and found that a lenovo y14t i7 4560u matches my PC's specs.

Just looks like a small error in the name column, it shows it as a i7 4560u in the specifications.

CPUz has the name tag confused, nothing to worry about. Specification has it right though if you look five fields down in CPUz.
