CPU wont go above 3.8 Ghz!
For some reason I'm unable to increase my CPU beyond 3.8 GHz regardless of the multiplier I apply in the BIOS. I've configured a multiplier of 42 for all cores with a voltage of 1.350V, and it works well in Windows 10. However, when I access CPU Z or Intel Power Gadget, it never exceeds 3.80 GHz no matter the setting. Disabling Turbo Mode in BIOS keeps it stuck at a base clock of 3.4 GHz. I'm not sure if I'm doing anything incorrectly, as others have managed to push it up to 4.5 GHz and higher.
