CPU voltage issues prevent overclocking and other adjustments.
Recently I've been having trouble with overclocking, and I finally understood what was going on. My Ryzen 5 1600 core voltage at the default setting fluctuates between 1.014 V and 1.100 V. In my BIOS, the voltage listed for all speeds and the right side shows the same thing. However, when I adjust the voltage in the BIOS, it doesn't update in CPU-Z or other programs. I also noticed that changing the voltage in the BIOS or adjusting the multiplier always reduces the core speed by half to 1550 MHz.
I'm facing an issue where the voltage remains unchanged, and I'm unsure how to resolve it.

This is the exact video I watched before starting. As I mention, you can see on the right at 1:35 his core voltage on his CPU is 1.329 V. Mine doesn’t go above 1.2 no matter what offset I apply. It stays around 1.000 to 1.120 V. But at 1:43 you notice the VDDCR CPU voltage. My system says it should be running at 1.35 V just like his, but in reality it’s stuck at the 1.000 to 1.120 V range.
