Hello everyone! The issue with my i5 7600 is that its CPU usage stays at 100% even when I use Discord, causing lag and dropping FPS. I recently adjusted the RAM settings to boost performance, but it still feels unstable. My current specs are impressive—low settings, 2933 RAM, 6GB DDR4, and a solid build. The task manager photo shows me running well at 2017 settings. If you have any tips or think an upgrade is needed, let me know!

Apologies for the delayed response, but it appears the i5 7600 is indeed quite underpowered compared to other processors, particularly against AMD, which are dominating in performance. I also believe it's time to upgrade your CPU—refresh 1600 (12nm), 2600 or 3600 are solid options offering good value. I suggest checking benchmark videos that showcase the components you plan to replace and include the games you’ll be playing.

If your CPU is using 100% and causing lag even with a powerful machine, try this solution. It helped me with my 9th i7 2060ti.
