Using your CPU at high temperatures can be harmful. Temperatures near 67°C to 70°C are close to its safe limits, and running it at 95% or higher for extended periods (like 8 hours) can damage components over time. It’s best to reduce load or allow proper cooling before increasing usage.

The CPU is built to operate continuously at full capacity 24 hours a day, provided the temperature stays within safe limits. A temperature of 70°C is acceptable.

It's not a recent model; it's an older CPU from 2014.

If it reaches 80C to 85C then it's likely a problem or it's still fine depending on the context.

It's fine, 85 degrees is comfortable. What processor are you using?

Under 87c works well for extended periods. It may reach 95c briefly without issues.
