I’m not familiar with much about computers, but I’m here to help. When you tried streaming a movie on Discord and got choppy, checking the Task Manager showed the CPU was at 100%. That usually means it’s running at maximum capacity, which can cause performance issues. You might want to close other programs or reduce background usage to free up resources.

The device you're employing has a full CPU load, which might be contributing to the stuttering issue.

I really have no idea what hardware the PC was providing me, and I never looked into it.

The processor hit its maximum capacity and couldn't operate quickly enough for your needs.

They're suggesting I switch to a better option or a new one.

It seems like you're suggesting a possible assumption about your PC's condition. In fact, high CPU usage usually indicates the system is struggling to process tasks.

I need to check the manufacturer of my motherboard to find out which CPU works with it.
