Review Nvidia driver configurations to identify the GPU being utilized for output display. Look for a configuration that can compel it to launch the RTX 2060.

In CSGO 40-50 with both CPU and GPU idle at 5-10, performance remains stable. GPU usage stays near 1%.

It's happening on your NVIDIA GPU, but the igpu isn't working. It looks like it's turned off in the BIOS settings.

Do you have more than one display? Your setup works similarly after adding a third screen, with CSGO frames dropping from over 300 to 120-140 in 1440p on a 2080 paired with a 2700x.

I also have, but when I'm playing I turn off the other monitors. Last month I installed a new 144hz monitor and now I'm using the old one as a backup, but I remember having an issue before adding it. My setup also includes a TV, which I keep disabled most of the time (about 90%).

I overlooked that Ryzen prefers faster RAM rates. Your current speed is 2400Mhz, which could limit performance. Are both RAM modules running in dual-channel?
