Hi there, I see you're dealing with a CPU issue. You have a Ryzen 5 2600 with a Gigabyte B450M DS3H, and the clock speed seems stuck at 0.54GHz with very low usage. You've tried Cinebench, which only reaches up to 16% usage, and it seems the problem has changed slightly. After a restart, it works but the clock speed gradually decreases over time. When you run Cinebench now, the speed drops to around 0.64GHz sometimes, then jumps to about 0.86–2.57GHz after closing the program, but it always settles back to 0.54GHz. I recently acquired an R5 2600 and a friend has one too without any problems. Should I increase its speed or keep it at the current setting?
I don’t understand how this happened... I left my PC overnight after playing DOTA and turned it off. The next day I restarted the game and it was running at around 20fps. I looked at the GPU usage, it was normal, then checked the clock speed—it was 0.54GHZ. The following day I updated the BIOS and it fixed the issue! But then it started again.
