Hello; After playing a game or using demanding apps, my PC's CPU throttles and limits its speed to 16% in the resource monitor. The issue keeps happening even after restarting. There seems to be no clear reason behind it. My temperatures are normal at around 45°C. I've tried cleaning the PC, replacing thermal paste, updating BIOS and Windows, and even performed a full clean install. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My system runs AMD Ryzen 5 1600 MSI B350 Gaming Pro Carbon Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 with 16GB RAM and a 250GB SSD.

I don't have a specific power supply model number. Could you clarify which one you're referring to?

No, I haven't tried overclocking the CPU.

Earlier there was no solution, though I attempted to raise the CPU voltage to resolve the issue—it failed.
