Hello everyone. Here’s how I set up my system:
motherboard : asrock 970 extreme4
ram : 32gb 1333mhz
cpu : fx8350
power : 450watt
ssd : 2x 120gb
hdd : 160gb
vga : hd6570 2gb 128bit
my issue:
when running the CPU in auto mode, it briefly slows down during a stress test. However, lowering the temperature to 3.5ghz and voltage to 1.25V stops the throttling. I’ve added a small fan to all the components on the motherboard and tried again, but the problem persists.
Could someone help identify what’s causing this throttling?

It seems there might be some VRM throttling involved. This board features a very limited power delivery system that isn't ideal for a 125W CPU. It's interesting how it still works, since most boards with weak VRMs usually don't last long with such a CPU.

no throttling in these configurations
games running smoothly, no freezing or issues.
3.5ghz / 1.25v is fine in the settings.
What are your thoughts on the idle and load numbers?
1-hour test at load conditions
I’m using the fx6100 backup chip and the fx8350 unit. The fx6100 performs well with default settings, while the fx8350 works without dimming when using UV settings. Which option do you prefer?
idle
at load

Underclocking was frequently used to address VRM throttling issues.
